Thrive OT, LLC is a private-pay practice launched in 2025 in a response to many questions about if folks could be evaluated at home. Back then, the answer was sadly “No.” Now, the answer is “Yes, definitely!”
Whether you have had surgery, need extra support for your child, or want guidance for home modifications, Thrive OT can meet you where you are to help you grow and heal, even if insurance won’t step in to help.
Meet the Owner
Caesarinne Sprianu, OTD, OTR/L, CAPS is a licensed and registered occupational therapist with ten years of experience in the field, and owner and founder of Thrive OT, LLC.
Dr. Sprianu has worked in the following settings of hospital, outpatient clinic with adults and children, and school.
She has a history of travel therapy and has experienced what OT “looks” like in different corners of our country, bringing a variety of tools and points of view when approaching a problem to solve.
Dr. Sprianu also has her CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) certification and can provide consults for your home modifications.
