Thrive OT provides skilled occupational therapy services and more in New Jersey for adults and children focused on supporting meaningful participation in daily activities and improving overall function and independence. Services are individualized and designed to meet each person’s unique needs.

Approach

The approach of Thrive OT is centered on: Individualized, client-focused care Functional and meaningful goal-setting Evidence-based practice Supporting independence and confidence in daily life.

Thrive OT is unique in that we offer skilled OT services across the lifespan and we also offer a fully online program for families with children that might not need skilled OT but would like to get more support for their children. This program is not limited to just NJ but is open to any family seeking more structured guidance for their children. Check out Play Learn Grow™!

How It Works

  1. Contact: Submit a request through the contact page.
  2. Intake: Complete a brief intake form to share your needs.
  3. Schedule: We will coordinate a time for your evaluation.
  4. Evaluation & Services: An occupational therapy evaluation is completed, and a plan of care is developed.

Private Pay Information

Services are private pay. Payment is required prior to the start of services. All payments are final.

Thrive OT is not available for Medicare patients at this time.
