How It Works

2. Intake Complete a brief intake form to share your needs.
3. Schedule We will coordinate a time for your evaluation.
4. Evaluation & Services An occupational therapy evaluation is completed, and a plan of care is developed.

Services are private pay. Payment is required prior to the start of services.
